    Special English 又叫“nba下注网站”,是VOA 专为世界非英语国家初学英语的观众安排的一种简单、专业的英语广播节目。该节目创始于50年代后期,是VOA 的学者们研究如何与世风各地的英语学习者进行交际的究竟。她正式开播于1959年10月。当年只面向欧洲和东南亚,但由于这个节目适合广大国家英语学习者的需求,从而他的广播对象不久就扩大到世界任何地方,并迅速在中外范围内产生了广阔的影响。如今这个节目对拉美、澳洲和非洲每晚广播一次,对加勒比地段每晚广播一次(周日除外),对亚太地区广播次数最多,每日上午两次,夜间三次。
